With the help of the pneumatic cheese press, the cheese is gently and easily pressed into moulds. The work surface is approx. 700 x 1000 x 650 mm. Please note that the air line should not be longer than 5 m and the air pressure should not be higher than 9 bar in order to be able to guarantee a perfect result.
